Prices and charges?
Our online grooming prices are starting points. The final cost depends on factors like your pet's condition, size, breed, behavior, and time required. Our groomers determine the actual price based on these variables. For a more accurate estimate, please contact us to discuss your pet's specific needs. Matting occurs when hair becomes tangled in a thick mass. For pets with matted fur, we charge a minimum additional fee of $10 on top of the standard grooming price. This fee may increase depending on the severity of matting and the pet's behavior during the de-matting process. We accommodate pets needing extra care during grooming. An additional fee ranging from $5 to $30 may be applied for animals with health issues, special needs, or temperaments requiring more time and attention from our groomers. We assess each pet individually to determine the appropriate fee.Missed my appointment/late cancellation?
We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we kindly request 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waiting list. For late cancellations or no-shows, we may charge a fee of at least $50, up to the full estimated price of the scheduled appointment. This fee will be added to your next service or charged to your card on file.How do i get my pet on a recurring grooming schedule?
We're pleased to offer recurring appointments. Simply inform us of your preferred interval between grooming sessions, and we'll set up a schedule for you. For mobile grooming, we book appointments for the entire year due to limited availability. You'll have the opportunity to review and adjust these dates as needed. Please note that for mobile grooming, we only pre-book appointments scheduled every 8 weeks or less. For longer intervals, please call to schedule each appointment.What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and checks for all our services. Please choose the payment method that works best for you.Oops, i bounced a check. What happens now?
If a check is returned, we will contact you to obtain a credit card number for payment. The charge will include the original service fee plus a $35 returned check fee imposed by the bank.Can i get a discount for multiple pets?
At present, we do not offer multi-pet discounts for our grooming services or daycare. Our pricing remains consistent regardless of the number of pets you bring in for care.
